# CoralSwarm > CoralSwarm captures the work your team already does — meetings, chat, email, coding sessions, agent sessions — and turns it into organizational memory, automatically, for people and AI agents alike. CoralSwarm's problem is distribution, not search: knowledge only helps the people and agents who actually see it, and most of what a team learns never gets written down anywhere. CoralSwarm solves that by capturing continuously from the tools a team already uses, splitting each source into atoms ("corals") with citations, grouping related atoms into confirmed topics ("reefs"), and answering questions — from a person in the app or an agent over MCP — with the same cited answer either way. Nothing is filed by hand, and nothing moves between private/team/org scopes until a person promotes it. ## Pages - [CoralSwarm](https://coralswarm.com/): product overview — how it works, ask + cite, agents/MCP, pricing, security, FAQ, and the waitlist/contact form. - [Support](https://coralswarm.com/support): get help with your account, connections, permissions, and captured content. - [Privacy Policy](https://coralswarm.com/privacy): how CoralSwarm handles data. - [Terms of Service](https://coralswarm.com/terms): terms of use. ## Key facts - What it is: organizational memory that captures automatically from meetings, chat, email, code, and agent sessions — no manual filing — and answers questions with citations. - Pricing: Personal Pro is $25/month for 1,500 queries; Personal Max is $100/month for 7,000 queries; Enterprise is priced per seat, contact sales. A 14-day free trial is planned at launch. Capture, ingestion, and review are never metered — only queries are. - Agents: CoralSwarm has an MCP connector so AI agents (e.g. Claude) can query a team's ocean directly, with cited, scoped answers. - Platforms: web app, and native apps for macOS and Windows. - Privacy/security: nothing leaves a private ocean until a user promotes it; encryption keys never touch CoralSwarm's servers; on Enterprise, each tenant runs on its own private database rather than a shared one. - Status: pre-launch, building a waitlist and looking for design partners.
